McKinley County 4-H Record Books are due on December 3, 2024.

Reminder!! There will be a hands-on record book training Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at the Gallup Community Pantry, 6 pm for all McKinley County 4-H Club Members! The new and hopefully easier record book forms and instruction guides are on the website: https://mckinleyextension.nmsu.edu/4h/record.html

Join us for our McKinley County 4-H Open House at the CES office on Saturday, November 16. Drop in anytime from 10 am - 2 pm to learn about different volunteer and project opportunities!

Walk with Ease

Are you interested in improving your health?  Reducing chronic pain?  Maintaining a walking program?

The self-directed Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease program might be for you!

This evidence-based program, created by experts at the Arthritis Foundation, has been shown to reduce chronic pain, improve health, and provide techniques to build and maintain your own successful walking program.

The first 8 registered participants will receive a free Walk With Ease workbook, which allows you to complete the course on your own. Starting Monday, November 5th, 2024, each week you will receive an email with a review of the lesson, as well as a preview and challenges for the next week.
